At Silverlily School, we are committed to providing an exceptional educational experience that combines the best aspects of the Montessori, British, and Nigerian curricula. Since our founding in 2018, we have been dedicated to fostering the academic, social, and emotional development of every child in our care.
Students with academic challenges have their needs met at THE SILVERLILY. We introduce our students to enjoying and understanding nature and the world around them. Every student is permitted to fully develop his/her potential without undue hindrances. We offer well rounded and comprehensive educational system that produces balanced and well-equipped students who have the best chance of becoming matured and responsible individuals. Our goal is to see our students become citizens who can confidently use relevant modern technology, methodology and artistry to contribute their unique and blooming abilities in uplifting the environment. Children are engaged in life long learning activities that will help them live harmoniously in their environment. In order to achieve our goals for the students, only qualified teachers with solid years of experience are employed at The Silverlily.
We not only use audio-visual teaching aids, we also recognize students’ participation as the bedrock of the teaching and learning process. Our teachers’ attention focuses on monitoring the progress of the students with close observation and regular counseling.

Meet Our Proprietress
Mrs. Sylvia Oghogho Ezeorah
Mrs. Sylvia Oghogho Ezeorah is a passionate educator, administrator, and church worker, deeply committed to nurturing and preparing children for leadership roles. Her dedication to teaching and her love for children inspired the founding of Silver Lily School, a vision aimed at providing a solid educational foundation for future generations.
With a National Certificate in Education (NCE) from the College of Education Ekiadolor, Benin City, Mrs. Ezeorah furthered her education at the University of Lagos, earning both a Bachelor’s (B.Ed.) and Master’s (M.Ed.) degree in Early Childhood Education. Her professional development includes various courses in curriculum development, school administration, and management, both locally and internationally.
Her career began as a class teacher at New Era College, Benin City, before moving to Lagos, where she taught at Starightgate Schools in Magodo and later at Imperial Gate School, Lekki. It was after these enriching experiences that she chose to focus on her dream of creating a conducive learning center designed to equip children for the challenges of the present and future.
Mrs. Sylvia Oghogho Ezeorah is happily married and a proud mother of three children.
